spec(legacy-ui-migration-design §2) 要求 1280×720 + fitHeight： 垂直精确撑满、水平在宽屏下自动扩可见区(20:9 约 1600×720)。 此前工程未显式设置、沿用 Cocos 默认 fitWidth，与 spec 相反。 注意：编辑器 reload 不重读 settings，需完全重启 Cocos Creator 后生效。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
