二七王：前端 CardCodec，cardId 转牌面帧号
清单 §0.4 的唯一权威转换：服务端花色段序与美术帧顺序相反，
转换把花色段反过来数。用清单给的 10 条样例逐条锁死，
另加两副牌同帧、值域、单射三组断言。

二七王：前端单测框架与 shared 同步守卫
测试侧用 vm.runInThisContext 加载浏览器全局脚本，正式代码不为测试加任何导出。
test_shared_sync 断言前后端 shared 逐字节一致，已做反向验证（改一个空格即红）。
